个人认为,我国的通航,包括私人飞行这块,至少5年内没戏,原因一言难尽,各位能偷着飞就先偷着飞吧,只是一定要小心谨慎,不光为你自己,也是为了所有的爱好者,只要一出事,尤其要是造成地面损失,航空运动的前景就更艰难了。 说到超轻机,不知道我国的超轻机规定为什么要一字不漏抄美国的FAR规定,这会极大限制航空运动在我国的发展。美国的通航是最发达的,但航空运动这块欧洲做得更好,欧洲的超轻机规定就更合理,更适合航空运动发展(也难怪,欧洲人也就指望着运动航空了,更高级的玩法就只能瞅着美国人流口水了),欧洲现在已经不叫Ultralight了,航空运动类的航空器统一叫microlight。 自制飞行器在国外发展半个多世纪了,现在我国还没有相应的法规管理,但有一点是很明确的,自制飞行器决不能用于商业飞行,实际上,蜜蜂、小鹰100这样的初级类飞机也是不应该用于商业飞行的,蜜蜂出了几次事后,民航总局现在抓得也很紧。其实对使用者来说,偷着载客商业飞行也是风险很大的,如果出事,家属来闹,没保险、没营运执照,什么都没有,麻烦就大了。

看了前面的发言,我说两点: 1.蜜蜂11按我国现在的超轻机规定(也就是美国的超轻机规定),不是超轻机,蜜蜂11跟蜜蜂3一样拿的是初级航空器的适航证。 2.以美国的快银为代表的大部分超轻机,其滑翔比是很低的,一般4、5左右,这是因为超轻机为了减重普遍采用的张线结构的阻力是很大的,同时开放座舱。但超轻机翼载轻,失速速度很小,空重也轻,所以迫降时的安全性还是挺高的。当然超轻机也有采用阻力小的撑杆结构、全封闭座舱的机型,这类机型的滑翔比就比较高,能到7、8,比如美国的Kolb、CGS、加拿大的Challenger等。 玩超轻机的朋友,最好还是多花2万多块装个BRS整机降落伞吧。 |

First manufactured Apis E prototype completely satisfies its design expectations. Apis E is a self-launch glider which can take off with an electric motor and climb up to 1500 m / 4920 ft or even up to 2000 m / 6560 ft or to reach maximum distance of 100 km / 62 mile. Climbing altitude depends on the percentage of the discharging of Li-Poly batteries. The factory recommended safe discharging of the batteries is around 50% of the total batteries capacity. At the moment first serial Apis E deliveries available from September 2006 on. It is exist also open order possibility of sailplane Apis 15 (E) prepared for the retrofitting the electric power-plant unit later on. 在深圳某海面三机编队贴海(距3M左右)飞行,让所有见到的人都....... 最近因地面太轰动,不给飞了,晕,搞定了空域还要搞定地面,难呀!!! |
