Question in Sicun.

I 'd like to travel from Kunming to Chengdu through Dali, Lijiang, Zhongdian, Xiangcheng, Daocheng, Litang, then Chengdu. Just a plan, not sure. Is that such a trip is possible in February ? Or beginning of March ? I mean sometimes is it not possible to pass through because temperature, snow, road closed ...? If possible, how many days do I need ? And what do you think about such a plan ?
