准备在KK学两天的E-learning OW,本来已经基本定下SJ了,后来问了下 Borneo Divers好像也不错(就是比较贵),不知道有没有了解这两个地方的?
①我觉得两家从态度来讲都可以。 除了 Borneo Divers 一开始5天没回我邮件。等我过去催的时候他们非常抱歉地说发现第一封邮件在垃圾箱(-_-!),然后几个小时内就问题回答过来了。
②SJ肯定是没有中文教学的。不知道 Borneo Divers 有没有,我邮件里问了这个问题但是他们没回答。我准备再问一次
③ Borneo Divers价格好像比SJ要贵的多。是不是服务特别好?(1 pax – RM 1410.00???)不过从我选的2天E-learning来看还好,就贵300RMB左右。

The Open water course is a 3 day course that costs RM980- this includes your PADI manual, PADI certificate all dive equipment, Marine Park and Jetty fees, Lunch and towel for your boat days. You will be taught by one of our Multi-lingual PADI Instructors. The first day of the course covers all the theory you need to know to become an Open Water Diver. At the beginning of day 2 you will be asked to show that you can swim 200m or snorkel 300m and that you can float for 10min - no lifejackets allowed! You will then practice some skills in shallow water to become comfortable with the equipment required for diving. Over Day 2 & Day 3 you will make the 4 required Open Water Dives & you may also have time for a fun dive or 2! The course is conducted off one of the Islands within the KK Marine Park – which is an amazing place to learn to dive –conditions are like a swimming pool, with white sandy beaches and if you are lucky you might even see a turtle on your first ever dive! Learning to scuba dive doesn’t get much better than this!
If you are short on time or would like to maximize your time in the water then it is possible to complete the PADI Open Water Diver Theory class online before you arrive. You will need to pay a fee to PADI which is currently US$130 and can then complete the 2 day practical part of the course with us here for RM880.
Please note that you can’t fly for 18 hours after diving so the earliest you should book a departure flight is 10am on the day after you finish diving. There are also certain medical conditions that require medical clearance prior to diving, please have a look at the attached medical statement and advise us if you would need to answer YES to any of the questions.
Once you have completed the OWC you will be ready to practice your new found skills & build your confidence with some easy & magical dives around the KK Marine Park or any of the other amazing islands in the area. You may also wish to try your luck to see the World’s largest fish by joining one of our Whale Shark Spotting Dive Trips, or explore some of the further out coral reefs, which are usually more pristine.
Or you may wish to further your PADI dive education and become a PADI Advanced diver......
For the day trips to all the other islands (which are also incredible and we would highly recommend you check them out as well!!) we leave from the Jesselton Jetty in KK around 8.30am and are out for the whole day-you can do 2 or 3 dives in a day, 2 dives costs RM270 while 3 dives cost RM320 (this includes a PADI dive guide, equipment, lunch, Marine Park & Jetty Fees). Snorkel trips to all islands costs RM120 per day, while the PADI 2 day Advanced Course cost RM880.

Dive Sites Within The Kota Kinabalu Area
The warm clear nutrient waters of the South China Sea, draws vast schools of tropical fish, Sharks, Rays, and even the awe inspiring Whale Shark!
What to expect while diving at:
1. Gaya Island-A mixture of shallow macro diving and shallow sloping walls full of coral reef! Dive sites around this island range from 5m-30m and offers some amazing macro life such as Frog Fish, Scorpion Fish, Lion Fish, Seahorses, Nudibranchs as well as larger marine life such as Turtles, Barracuda, tuna and even reef sharks can be seen.
2. Sapi Island-This is known to be the most beautiful Island within the KK Marine Park and offers some amazing white pristine beaches. Diving ranges from 8-25m and divers can expect to see Stingrays, Fusiliers, Crocodile Fish, Cuttlefish, Octopus, Moray Eels, lots of nudibranchs, stone fish and anemone fish plus much more
3. Manukan Island-This Island has very healthy coral reefs teaming with many reef fish and you can even see the very rare and valuable Black Coral diving at this island. Dive sites vary from 7-25m which makes this island ideal for all levels of divers. At Mid Reef there is a small wooden wreck in which many unusual critters await divers such as shrimps, cuttlefish, frog fish and moray eels. We recommend you dive this Island on your second diving day.
4. Mamutik Island-This is the smallest of the Islands within the KK Marine Park. However this island goes to show that size is not always everything! Mamutik Island offers divers and snorkelers very healthy coral reefs teaming with a large variety of large and small reef fish. There is also lots of rare macro life such as Frog fish, Lion Fish, Leaf Fish, plus many more. This island is also home to a giant underwater statue of a Seahorse! The Island itself is like a post card; with pristine white sandy beaches-most of our divers never want to leave....
5. Sulug Island-Located at the most southern tip of the KK Marine park, this Island has no amenities for tourists, thus this island offers nature at its best. The diving here is ranked among this best in the marine park with common sightings of sea snakes, turtles, rays, frog fish, morays, lots of nudibranchs, and the coral is pristine with an abundance of marine life-truly a divers haven. We highly recommend you dive here for your 2nd or 3rd day diving within the park.
6. Outside the KK Marine Park-There are many unique Islands and reefs located just outside the KK Marine Park which offers everything to the lucky diver from the smallest Blue Ring Octopus to the largest Fish on the planet: the Whale Shark-Send us an email if you wish to dive outside the park and we can give you all the options.
7. Whale shark Spotting-Between the months of Dec- Apr we offer divers the chance to follow the phytoplankton blooms, and by doing so increase your chance of diving with whale sharks-this is a rare opportunity and one not to be missed

KK的Borneo Dive ,如果他家那个潜店标志是个气瓶戴着面镜有呼吸管的那个的话我是在那学的,老板是英国人MARK,原来驻店的中文教练貌似已经离店了,但是我是在店里学习的都是中文教练,看视频OW是有中文字母,AOW和高氧都是全英文的,高氧考试是全英文,但是教练坐在旁边一题一题连答案都帮我翻译成中文,不容易哈。希望能帮助到楼主!
你说的是diverse borneo,不是borneo divers。
能否给一个Borneo Divers的电邮地址?
borneo divers应该有中文教练,即使没有驻店教练,你提前要求,他也会外请中文教练教你。这是家老店,有名,总部在kk,马布岛有度假村,也能学证,有能说中文的马来教练。
英文要是没好到一定程度,还是要找中文教练,甚至是母语中文的教练。马来教练的汉语水平良莠不齐。对于打基础的ow课来说,准确的表述和理解特别重要。

PADI OPEN WATER DIVER COURSE
Pre requisite:-
Healthy
Complete a diver medical form
Sign all liability release forms
Complete a 200 meter swimming test (you will need to know how to swim)
A 10 minute survival float
Minimum age Requirement is 10 years for the Junior Open Water (need parent or guardian consent) and 15 for the Open Water Diver certification.
During the PADI Open Water Diver Course, students will complete the following;-
1. Completing five (5) multiple choice quizzes and a final exam.
2. Five (5) confined water skill sessions. During this skill sessions, students learn a range of scuba diving skills.
3. Some small water stamina tests - a 10 minute float in water and a 'free style' swim. There is no time limit for the swim test.
4. Finally, four (4) ocean dives to a maximum of 18 metres.
There are 2 options on completing the course: the 2 and half days (2.6days) or the 3days diving option.
PADI OWD Course 2 and half days (2.5 days) is the traditional approached in completing the course. You will be in the classroom for half a day watching the PADI Open Water DVD for 4 hours in our office in the morning or afternoon and complete the Knowledge Review back in your hotel after that. 2[sup]nd[/sup] & 3[sup]rd[/sup] day are spent at the island in KK to complete the scuba diving training (confined water training, waterman ship skills, quizzes, final exam and open water dives). Should you meet the course objectives within those days, you will be certified as a PADI Open Water Diver. This option is RM980 per person.
The total dives for the OWDC 2 and half days (2.5days) is 4 DIVES.
SAMPLE ITINERARY (departure & arrival time is based on approximation only):-

islands around KK Marine parks- We ask that everybody meets in the dive shop
for 8.15am, We are located in Wisma Sabah on the ground floor. Once all the
guests have arrived and signed in, we will walk down to Jesselton Point Jetty.
The Jesselton Point Jetty is a 5 - 10 minute walk from the office. The boats
will depart to the Islands at approximately 8:40am (Depending on how fast
everyone gets ready). We will do 2 dives or snorkel sessions in the morning,
then have lunch. After lunch it’s back in the water for 1 final dive or Snorkel
Session. We will return to mainland between 4 to 5pm.

sites vary from 7-25m which makes this island ideal for all levels of divers.
At Mid Reef there is a small wooden wreck in which many unusual critters await
divers such as shrimps, cuttlefish, frog fish and moray eels. We recommend you
dive this Island on your second diving day.
Mamutik Island-This
is the smallest of the Islands within the KK Marine Park. However this island
goes to show that size is not always everything! Mamutik Island offers divers
and snorkelers very healthy coral reefs teaming with a large variety of large
and small reef fish. There is also lots of rare macro life such as Frog fish,
Lion Fish, Leaf Fish, plus many more. This island is also home to a giant
underwater statue of a Seahorse! The Island itself is like a post card; with
pristine white sandy beaches-most of our divers never want to leave....
Sulug Island-Located
at the most southern tip of the KK Marine Park, this Island has no amenities
for tourists, thus this island offers nature at its best. The diving here is
ranked among the best in the marine park with common sightings of sea snakes,
turtles, rays, frog fish, morays, lots of nudibranchs, and the coral is
pristine with an abundance of marine life-truly a divers haven. We highly
recommend you dive here for your 2nd or 3rd day diving within the park.
