On March 22nd,2014 ， I took part in SZ 100KM  organized by doyouhike.net annually , 
the details are as follows 
1) 5:27 pm, Mar 22 ,深圳湾体育中心起点 the starting Check-in stop , Shenzhen Bay Sports Center,
2) 8:30 pm, Mar 22, 中心公园福田河花卉世界 the first Check-in stop, the Center Park Hutian river   Flower market,20.3km
3) 00:30 am,Mar 23rd,梧桐山大门the gate to Wutong mountain ,the 2nd Check-in stop,43.1km
4) 5:50 am, Mar 23rd,大梅沙麦当劳Mcdonald's at Dameisha, the 4th Check-in stop,64.0km
5) 9:00 am,Mar 23rd,洞背村岗亭Dongbei village,the 5th Check-in stop,
6) 11:30am Mar 23rd,马兰山郊野公园 Malan mt suburb park,6th Check-in stop
7)  3:10pm Mar 23rd,葵涌广场 Kuiyong square,the terminal stop,97.5km.
I only stopped to have a rest at the checking stops 我只在各签到点停下休息
