Because, first of all, most of the members here are Chinese; second, if there's need to leave an English name for contact or what, one can leave his/her English name at the end of a post.

I think english ID is needless, it must be out of control if all persons are have two IDs. my english name is just used in my company, for my work.

You could add your Enlish name in your personal narration if you like to get a Enlish name. then , you needn't get 2 IDs, while anybody could know you well, even he really don't know any Chinese.

it seems my english should be "Worm"
,maybe it is not so good.so my english name is Roselyn.
