[Discussion] H T express these Special word of MF?

How to Express these Special word of MF?

Now, the building of Translation Project is in progress! More and more document is being done. In this procedure, the translators have to face this problem, " it's so difficult to translate some special word, such as "磨房","拉磨","老驴","新驴"......"
(our slang? )

Therefore, let's begin to discuss how to express these words with our personality and creativity:

and i always think 磨房 = male + female = M.F.
     驴: donkey
  老驴: L.D (compatible chinese & english)
  新驴: X.D
  头驴: T.D

in chinese, we call ourself as 驴，in english,we call ourself as "donkey " too,

It may storng or even sophisticated at outdoor. But it don't familiar with the rule or culture of MF too much.

"驴---backpacker, Climber, trekker" is a little bit too formal, which isn't in line with Doyouhike culture. I like the translation " 驴--donkey " by南岛北岛.

"Senior" , "Junior" are also a little bit too formal.

"老驴----aged donkey" , "新驴----newcomer donkey" are my translation. At least, I'm an aged donkey not a senior donkey.

in fact, no word in english can exactly expresses the meaning of 驴 in MF,so, I would rather create a new word "LV" instead of trying to translate it.

[$nbsp][$nbsp]for the red word, we need not translate it as the Engilsh version, because this is MF, we have the special words in here, just like 北京，the english version is BeiJing. So, any person whoever coming here, who need know 磨坊=MF. we are lv, (it's even easy to say neddy)
that's is easy to understand for any body.

if he like the hike, he must be like MF, like to become a lv zi. :^)
