National day, A leisure hike at Wu Tong Mountain

Waul! National Day again. As you know, many of us, 'the old guys', are not easy to make the decision to have a long hike to Yunnan, as we did in our twenties. Yes we couldn't, because we have family.

Of course you can say this is a excuse. Anyway, we just loosened our tense exercise for such a long time that we are realy already 'new donkeys' again, and have to choose the easy way again.

So a trip to Wu Tong is already an astonishing adventure for me now. I am just proud of having finished it after half year's loosing time.

Big spider I saw on way to Da Wu Tong. She is exactly the size of a girl's palm.

The continuous rainy days provide enough water to the gully which used to be very slim in the summer.

In a stair near the peak, we noticed this. A group of ants are moving their prey, a caterpilllar, back to their home some metres high.

Of course we will feel very uncomfortable in a crowd. But for some moment we are alone. This is the way back to Hao Han Po.

Wu Tong is different every time.
