Booking via the internet, you can pay by Visa or Master Card.
After selecting your flight, you can make the online payment through our website securely and conveniently by filling out your personal information and credit card information. Your personal information and credit card information will be protected through secured connections. For internet booking we only accept credit card payment. In case you don't have credit cards or prefer other means of payment, we ask that you use our Call Center instead.
Booking via our Call Center, you can pay by:
1. Visa/Master Card
After selecting your flight with our call agent, you can make the payment through our call center securely and conveniently. Our friendly operators will ask for your personal information and credit card information for booking confirmation. For your privacy, your personal information will be protected.
2. In Singapore, additional payment options for Call Centre bookings is by cash over-the-counter at SITEL, 2 Tampines Central 6, #07-02, NTUC Income Tampines Point, Singapore 529483
3. In Thailand, additional payment options for Call Centre booking
i) ATM or internet cash transfer through the Kasikorn Bank ATM or internet banking credited into account number 026-2-82282-6 (Siam Square Branch)

If you make a booking at the airport you can make the payment with your Visa/Master Card and confirm your flight right away.
Tiger Airways currently operates three ticket counters located in Singapore, Bangkok and Phuket Airports. Reservation counters open two hours before flight departure time and closes when the flight departs.
Cancellation of reservation
All tickets are non-refundable and booked on a confirmed basis.
Assurance of reservation
You will receive a Reservation Number for your reference. Upon arriving at the airport, you will need to show this Reservation Number to the officer at the Tiger Airways check-in counter to issue your boarding pass.
Lost reservation number
In order to make your check-in process easier and faster, your Reservation Number is required. However, if you do are unable to present the Reservation Number you can use your passport will suffice but the check-in process may take longer.
Group reservation
For groups traveling with 9 or less, reservations can be made online or through our call centres.

Change reservation
Changes are allowed on the website. Change fees may be applied depending on your class of booking, and if applicable, must be paid immediately to confirm the transaction. Please refer to our Fare Conditions for more details.

Ticketless Travel
Tiger Airways is a ticket-less airline. We do not issue you with a ticket, we send you a confirmation email. Please print the email and bring this along with your passport and visa (if applicable) to check-in for your Tiger Airways flight. Some immigration authorities will refuse you travel if you cannot prove you have a return or onward journey, Tiger Airways is not responsible in the event of a passenger being refused travel for immigration purposes.
