You Can get Cambodia Visa when U are in the border of Cambodia!! However, some chinese people gives money to the Cambodia Customs(Not the Visa fee) when they have some communication problems with the custom!! So, U have to pay attention to this situation!! Maybe China passport Holder have some problem when making Cambodia Visa in the Cambodia Border! Therefore, I recommend U to get Cambodia Visa before coming to the Cambodia Border from Ho Chi Minh City!! For me, I apply the Cambodia Visa in thailand!! This Cambodia Visa fee is US$25!!
BTW, i have already asked the travel agent in Vietnam! They only charge you US$26 to help you to get Cambodia Visa, and need only 1 day!
