When you are in China, please apply for two visas, Vietnam and Thailand. Obtaining visas through travel agency is a good idea.

Then, you are advised to participate in a open tour from Hanoi to Ho Chi Minh city, which will last about 1 week or longer.
On arrival in the Ho Chi Minh city, please ask a travel agency to arrange a Cambodia visa for you. In the meanwhile, you can have their service for the bus to Phnom Penh from Ho Chi Minh, about 25USD.
You can go to Siem Reap for the wonderful Angor Wat continously.
Next step is bound for Bangkok, Thailand. Please stay in Bangkok longer for the exciting nightlife of Bangkok. And oil massage is my favourite, especially naked.hehe
Finally, you will come back to China through AIRASIA company. There are two destinations, Macao, Xiamen, from which you can choose.
If you come back home from Phnom Penh, whose flight appears to be expensive, which may surpass all of your fees to Thailand.

貌似有胡志明到柬埔寨首都金边的国际巴士
南宁有火车到河内. 从南宁出发的时间我不清楚, 但是从河内出发的是每周二, 周五/ 或周三,周五, 就是每周有两班车, 大概两天左右的时间到河内.
从河内, 可以坐车到老挝, 从老挝的南部到柬埔寨的金边或SIEM REAP. 或者坐越南航空<大概60$-80$>到西贡, 然后西贡坐4个钟头的汽车到金边汽车站.
