just came back from trekking for five days. the wearther there is very nice and warm. the hotel along the way are really clean. i don't think you need to carry sleeping bag. but it's getting cold in the evening therefore pls take a jacket with you.
don't carry too much food for there are restaurant all the way. if you need a porter who speak good english will be 400-500 rs /day. our guide are very good. his name: lok 9804122199. you can try to contact. he is a guide with license and he would carry 20kg bag.

如果你在旅馆跟他们提供背夫全包的话（包吃、住、来回交通），他们会提供一个睡袋给你，如果你自己走的话，最好还是带，我国庆节去晚上都觉得很冷。有的旅馆有被，有的没有。
我们也是春节去尼泊尔，不过我们是FB的，我也不知道穿什么衣服啊？需要带睡袋吗？
