有没有去过马耳他蓝洞和INLAND SEA潜水的呀 难度如何？

本人16瓶气 AOW 只去过诗巴丹潜水
七月份去马耳他 打算去GOZO潜蓝洞和INLAND SEA

和潜店联系之后得到了如下回复

Thanks for the dive info, it really does help us plan your dives.
 
As you only have 16 dives we would do recommend Gozo for you yet, it is for the very advanced experienced divers only really.
 
It is 2 great amazing dives. We do go (went yesterday actually!). However you do need to be a minimum of a PADI Advanced Diver or equivalent, which we know you are, but also be well experienced as it is 2 very tough dives. At certain points it gets extremely deep, and can be quite rough. The walk down to the site and back up is very hard and steep over rocks with full equipment so you need to be really physically fit too. Also it is a very long day as the journey there takes about 2 and a half hours so you're looking at 5 hours traveling in very hot conditions. So we take the elite of elite divers only there. We can talk about it once you are here but we would certainly need to dive with you before even thinking of taking you there to make sure you're 'dive fit' for it.
 
Another problem with Gozo I that we avoid going there on Fri/Sat/Sun because of the terrible weekend traffic. 

大概意思就是虽然我是AOW但是16瓶气太少了点 可能不能带你去那两个潜点啦

不过其他潜店貌似并没有这样的说法 

本着对自己负责的原则

想问问坛子里有没有前辈去过这两个潜点的，难度是不是真的很大呀？
（因为当时听说去诗巴丹也是难度比较大，不过最后小白我还是去成了4潜，觉得除了流大一点其他也还好。。。
