刚刚在airaisa的网上订了8月6号飞曼谷的票.
然后就弹出一个页面:
"系統錯誤
由於數據庫出現問題,導致系統出現內部錯誤,或因用戶太多,服務器不堪重負.任何不便,敬請原諒.
如果您已經付款了,請前往 “檢查與變更” 和 “檢查您信用卡交易狀況” 以確認您的預訂狀況.請勿再嘗試預訂以免出現重複預訂."
然后邮箱就收到下面airasia的email和一个有我机票行程的pdf附件.然后我查了一上我airasia账户的Reservation Status: 是 CONFIRMED 这应该是确认成功了吧..但我查了信用卡,没有扣钱啊.

有PDF附件就行,打开来,将上面的信息与亚航国内办事处确认(应该是厦门,不知深圳开了没),就可以,亚航的服务态度还可以,赞一个。
记得登机前打印出那个pdf文件,登机时出示

今天下午已打通了airasia的客服电话。确认OK了。
顺便BS一下airasia的客服电话,从早上10点打到下午3点,一直对方用户忙,好不容易打通一次,态度还一般般。
