去过了,因为跟中国不建交,只跟台湾建交,所以去的话要有对方的邀请函,持菲律宾签证从菲律宾转机落地签,景色确实不错的!!
只需要菲律宾签证及全程往返机票，在去帕劳的飞机上会有一张入境单填写，入境时交了就可以了，需要出示往返机票．出机场前需要检查行李！

从官方网站看到的，不需要签证，中国人需要护照，可以落地签，安排好回程机票，带着钱就可以了。不过你要是没有其他国家的visa，我们中国海关是不会放你走的。
帕劳落地签，在国外工作学习的中国人，可以直接去，在国内的人不办个签证，海关不放你走，去帕劳主要是通过菲律宾，台湾，东京，美国的飞机过去。
