In the past many students haven't received their cards, after sending many e mails to
PADI about it we came to a solution.
Type your address in Chinese on a piece of paper, put it inside the PADI Pic application.
PADI can then stick this to the envelope that they send your card in.
When a student asks me about this I will check their information on the PADI website, usually
the card has been sent out, but goes missing after arriving in China, I guess because of an address
being written in Pinyin.
Before there was a charge of 600 baht for replacing a card, after talking to PADI about this it seems that cards
not received in the first place will be resent.
Some bigger dive schools on Koh Tao use online PIC cards, for this you would have to ask the dive shop in question how they could provide PADI with your address in Chinese...

去padi的网站上反应一下，他们会再给你邮寄新卡的。
你的情况我也遇见,我1月底完成的培训,2月初邮寄出申请表,但是4月中还没收到,不过教练给了个联系人的邮箱地址,我把我的中英文地址都给了这个HELEN, 她把中英文地址印刷在信封上，第二次给我发卡,2个礼拜就收到了.你可以试着联系.别着急~~~

我觉得更多是两边邮政系统的原因。DAN的保险单从澳洲寄过来，也是一波三折的。
我的DNA保险单也有一个月了,还没到呢
慢慢等，给他们发邮件，我06年几乎是过了半年才收到
其实直接写拼音最好,别翻译成英文
不会啊，两个月就收到了。
应该跟潜水学校的量有关，如果量大的，每天都发件过去总部
我的卡第一次寄丢了，让潜店的老板帮忙叫PADI寄多一次，大概5月中寄出的，今天刚收到
五一学完填表
6月17收到
感觉比较快
PS:信用卡对帐单显示扣款(捐助PADI保护鲨鱼)就知道他们已经收到资料啦.....
我也是收到了扣款短信，肯定他们已经收到资料。估计卡还要个半个月到一个月收到。
把资料递交到PADI网站的话，PADI应该回个E－mail确认吧。
我是7月2日学完的OW，目前还在等证中，不过，教练把我和老公的资料刚报上去，第二天就收到了PADI回复的邮件了，楼主收到过邮件吗？
我现在也很担心，因为潜店没给临时证，下个月可能有机会去Koh Tao，目前手里什么证都没有，要是潜水证寄不到的话，怎么办呢？我那本教练盖过章的Dive Log能说明问题吗？
Dive Log 就是证明啊，也可以誏他们看你的email吗。

我刚刚收到卡。上个月13号寄出的表，今天终于收到PADI卡了。但...
背面的图案不是我要的。
捐助时，选的图明明是whaleshark那张，寄回来的是另一条鲨鱼。。。
一个月左右啊！！！
唉！！！还没有收到。6月2号有收到回的Email.说等14-21天，会给寄新卡。昨天7月21了还没收到。我怎这么倒霉呐。

我5月15日拿的临证，6月20日收到的正证
这个月2日学完OW，6日学完AOW，今天两个证一起寄到家，由澳大利亚的PADI ASIA PACIFIC发出，历时23天
下午家里打电话说收到外文邮件，我都不敢相信
不过，我们从仙本娜发的明信片还没有到，唉……蜜月旅行纪念，还是双语版的，还是我和老公带着极大的热情，顶着正午的太阳，在人满为患的仙本娜邮局，趴在墙上写的，一起放进邮筒的明信片……
７号在平台考完ow，一起学习的同伴20日样子就拿到证了
可是我的还毫无踪影
追浪告诉我，原来寄到平台了
等下个月她回国打给我啦
6/26学的，7月29日收到。
