We have two sisters & one couple who would like to book two rooms on
12th July 2008 one night as follows, is it available?
Our fight information:
HKT to BKK
FD3026
Depart (HKT) at 23:05
Arrive in (BKK) at 00:25 (next day)
We only can get your hotel at midnight around 2:30 (13th July 2008)
according to our flight schedule.

We would like to apologize. For email reservation, the hotel can not hold the reservation after 21.00hrs. Some customers may cancel their reservation. We will have some room for walk in guest.
Therefore, we would be appreciated if you can come to hotel to check availability. We will try to find an available room for you. The hotel has 24 hours check in.

Thanks for your feedback & bringing the matter on our attention.
We understand on your disquiet if customers will cancel pre-reservation.
But we can not change our promise to find other hotel by that time?
Attached please find our air ticket for your review, we have no more
time to do so.
As we know, the normal check-in time is at 12:00 noon untile 9:pm , but we really can't
catch it according to our accurate situation.
Could you please take to consider our special status if you may accept our reservation.
On the hand, if your rooms are not available once we arrive to your
hotel, do you think we should spent more time to find other one at
midnight?
Or, may we make the payment (more than 30% or full) in advance to reserve our rooms?

So apologize we accept only check in time not more than 21.00 also we don't need you to pay for deposit inadvance.
真悲惨,无人问津,唯有自己顾自己了! 再一次逗留在机场吧, 又可以省掉住宿费用.

如果确定要住这家酒店可以用信用卡担保啊。酒店肯定接受信用卡担保留房间的。
谢谢楼上的建议. 不明白, 预付款都不接受, 信用卡担保能行吗,有此惯例?
不好意思没注意看最后几行。 不过这家旅馆蛮前后矛盾的,先是说不接受预留到9点但是前台24小时check-in,后来又说不接受9点后check-in。 要不赶紧问别家吧。
前台24小时check-in 应该是有空房的前提下,而且只针对亲自到达酒店咨询的客人.
同感此酒店的规则奇怪,既担心客人会临时取消却不接受预付.
(可能不想增加更多人力物力去处理预付款的工作)
唯有另谋方法. 最重要玩得开心!
