前几天打电话给广州那边还骗我们是系统升级。我们已经定了菲国内其他的机票了,只能改其他航班去菲了!那虎航会协助改其他航空公司吗?
没错,条例里面有取消航班的权利,但是要第一时间告诉客人,不是等我们打电话问才告诉我们,统发邮件也不是很难吧,还有一次宿雾航空取消航班是我们去办理登机的时候才告诉我们,我们责问为什么不提前告知,居然说现在告诉你们也是提前告知了,无语
廉航啊,想说爱你不容易.
其实订廉航最好买那种本国公司又飞本国航线的相对保险。如AIRASIA买到大马的、TIGER到新加坡的、CEBUPACIFIC到菲律宾的。

经过它这么一折腾 又浪费了我多少钱啦 真是的 我今天早上重新买机票 是1.23日宿雾航空公司的飞克拉克 还有2.2日的 宿雾航空的 晚上7.15分起飞到澳门的的飞机票了 一共了830文 人民币
我想问下 由于我是之前这次虎航的机票改签了一次收了我200手续费用 结果600的票要800了 这么我想问这200文会退给我吗
