之前在VENERE.com订房的时候,明明都是说免费预定取消的,结果在预定巴黎旅馆的时候,被巴黎一个酒店Grant Hôtel Amelot -Paris从我登记的信用卡上面扣了一点小钱,数额不大,1欧元,但就是有点过分,我不问对方还不说,我是隔了一个月之后收到银行帐单才知道的。然后马上发邮件跟对方交涉(对方英语确实有点一般,还好起码还懂英语),结果对方说是为了测试我的信用卡是否有用,所以才扣了钱,说是可以等我们check out的时候一起结账。然后我就跟对方说我们还在申请签证,万一去不成那这钱怎么办。对方很快回了我说会取消我们的booking,因为我们对他扣了这1欧元感到不满意。有够晕的,真是过分,还好我们的资料还没提交,现在要取消就取消吧,顶多我们另外找一家。问题是就这样被白扣钱还要来取消我们的booking更加过分,话又说不清楚~~我们现在人数又不断有增加变动,每订一次就被扣一次钱。。。。只能委屈后面的人也一起扣啦,因为现在选其他的酒店就要浪费这个钱了,起码要等签证做好。

Therefore, we suggest contacting your credit institute and/or bank to verify if it is an actual charge to your card or if it is a simple control.
