停泊住宿急，急，急！！！！！！

我和LG7月26~29停留在大停泊honey moon，准备住Perhentian island resort 。在酒店网站上订房，所有资料填好了，但最后却老是显示：
Ran into problems sending Mail. Response: 535 Incorrect authentication data 。

资料、日期也核对了都没有错的，有哪位好心人知道是怎么回事吗，能帮忙解决最好，万分感谢。
