请教订马航机票及booking.com酒店出现的信用卡问题

各位请帮忙解答一下：
1.我在马航预订了兰卡威-吉隆坡的机票，用工行的信用卡支付的，收到马航订但，电子票号也有了。但是昨天我收到 工行电话说我的卡没有通知打开visa功能，所以全部没有支付成功。

请问，那我这个机票是订成功了还是没有订成功。一下是机票信息，麻烦蝌蚪好的帮我看看，谢谢啦
