请教一下各位，本人在非凡的官方网站上购买了非凡航空的机票，可现在去不了了，能否退票，如果能，怎么操作，请各位给点意见和建议，很急，因为是月底的飞机
电子票上应该有说明吧。最好提前搞定

3. Fares are strictly non-refundable.

7. A ticket is forfeited if passenger(s) fail to check in on time.
8. All travel is subject to the conditions of carriage of Viva Macau.
9. Date change permitted up to 24 hrs prior to departure. Change Fee and Fare Difference apply.
