8月底我在EXPDIA上订房，按规则他应该返无限制的40pounds voucher给我，但是由于规则一直在改，等了好久也没收到。后来我发EMAIL去问了，结果他在邮件里答应如下次订房时，只要把itinerary No.发给他，他会给我voucher的。可是上星期六我把iitinerary No.发给了，要求返优惠券，但是到现在都没有回复~~~~~~~~~~~
5555，EXPEDIA太无赖了吧，好歹也是个国际大公司。。。。。。。。。。。TMD
这里有没有人也碰到类似的情况呀，我该怎么办呀？
现在还有没有游侠们在EXPEDIA上用voucher定房呀？我竟然碰到~

他给我的EMAL是这样的：
Dear Zhang
We are writing to you in regards to the Refer A Friend promotion.
Please accept our apologies for the delay in getting back to you.
The new voucher codes have been released therefore we need you to build an itinerary
in your Expedia.co.uk account for your chosen destination. We will then apply your voucher code enabling you to receive your discount.
Please ensure you are only building an itinerary and not completing the transaction as the voucher must be added beforehand.
Please email us from the email address linked to your Expedia.co.uk account with the itinerary number.
We will email back when the voucher code has been added and you then can complete the purchase yourself online by accessing MY TRIPS on your Expedia account.
We look forward to hearing from you.
Thank you once again for your patience in dealing with this promotion.

现在好像发给他们讨要VOUCHER的邮件都不回复了。
他们回复我了,问我要ID帐号和Iternary NO. 但是又没下文了..................

昨天刚刚收到2张40券。是不是lz或者lz朋友在使用20的时候没有用对邮箱啊？
我也找他们要返的40. 第一封电邮有回我要ite. 后来的都没回复了。
前几天碰到同样的问题，已经支付成功。EXPEDIA邮件的意思是LZ先预定酒店，不过不要付款，然后把订单号发邮件给EXPEDIA，客服会直接用VOUCHER抵扣房款，之后会发邮件告诉你，你再支付就可以了。

他们的办事效率也太低了,还是又区哪里度假了呢?
