you better spend your 2/27 saturday in Statue of Liberty and ellis island on daytime, and Rockefeller Center and Time Square on night time.If you like shopping, you may also try 5 Ave. that day. On 2/28 you can go to Metropolitan museum from morning to afternoon, then take a look of Central park. Try a musical on that night. I would recommend "Phantom of Opera" for you. That pretty much covers everything in Manhattan.
