Subject: Incorrectness in visa information of Lebanon
Dear Madam/ Sir,
I'm writing to remind you of incorrectness in visa information of Lebonon.
As showed by Directorate General of Security of Lebanon, we Chinese can get a free visa on arrival at Beirut airport. While, as I know it, this message is not showed in the IATA travel center. This error has lead to several examples in which Chinese visitors been rejected to board the plane to Beirut by flight company, who is not famaliar with the visa policy of Lebanon and make their decisions based on messages provided by IATA. I suggest you modify the message so that the rejection things will not happen.
For your reference, I'd like provide you with the visa policy from Directorate General of Security of Lebanon.
