Excuse me, I disagree with you.
Mine opinion on photography is:
1. The scene is beautiful, and you'd remind people of their nice feelings to nature;
2. The view is 'poor', and you want people to understand your idea towards that.
However, I could not see your attitudes towards your picture. It seems that you're singing high praise to the pollution? This is also the reason that I doubt about the 1st and 2nd pp..
