基本在国外这种向酒店索偿的可能性很小
感觉比较难索偿，关键人都不在那里了，只靠电话和邮件他完全可以不理你。
不知伤势怎样？如果不是太严重就算了。
看了KK失窃事件后，我也要思考下以后出国是否要买保险。
受伤也不算轻了，伤及牙齿4颗，面部缝合，另外手臂也有挫伤和疑似骨裂，目前回国了绷带石膏打着，单是牙齿损伤，需要事后补牙这个费用要近万了，唉...
如楼上所说，真的应该考虑一下保险的事情了，但是何种保险理赔方便，还真没有这方面 了解...希望有高人指点。

Firstly I would like to thank you for staying with Tune Hotels.com DowntownKL during your last trip to Kuala Lumpur. Do accept our sincere apologies for the unfortunate incident which you experience recently while you were in Kuala Lumpur.
Regarding your complaint about our hotel did not put up any signage at the external corridor fence; all designs and layout plan was approved by the local council/authorities and we have complied with the terms and conditions given by the City Council. In your case we’re not responsible for any loss or damages as it is caused by self negligence.
However, since you were in a situation that needed medical attention immediately, as a measure of goodwill the management agreed to assist you to seek medical treatment at Hospital Kuala Lumpur as per needed at that time and cover the out patient treatment of RM50 as explained by Ms. Ijazati, the Guest Services Executive on duty.
Though we deeply regret your unhappiness with our services, we are appreciative of the time you have taken to highlight this matter to us and the opportunity you have given us to improve on our offerings. It is our hope that should you ever be in a position to give us the benefit of the doubt and try any of our other 9 locations, you will find your stay more agreeable. Thank you.
