I have located Yu Jiang in the system and will have another card re-issued to the address advised, in regards to Cai Li if you could please fill out the attached form and send back to me with a copy of your temporary card, and a passport size photo. Unfortunatley we do not have any records of receiving your application form.

我看你是误会了，我是说你的潜水协会给你的回邮（相信是电邮）是给一个人还是两个人？把这个资料交给你的潜水协会，相信会有帮助的。

我去年一月PG 考的AOW 到现在也没收到 当时除了留了英文 也特意留了中文地址 告诉他们只要剪下贴在信封上就好 可是就是没有收到 所以下周再去PG 当面去问问 ^_^
