中国边防检查规定就是这么死板。机票和目的国签证一致，这就是符合规定。落地签方面，约旦和叙利亚都不在中国边防检查的“无签证放行名单”里面。他们抓正来做，你就不能出境。
每个边防人员脑袋都不同，你遇到的那个会不会抓正来做，谁知道啊！
重要提醒：叙利亚落地签有点麻烦。（虽然很多人丛黎巴嫩、约旦陆路进入，落地签好像很简单）。
