尼泊尔徒步备用英语小结（更新至讨论徒步装备）

去年十月尼泊尔ABC＋POON　HILL徒步回来，发现这条线路大热，自己好多朋友也准备去，但是又发现许多朋友在沟通上出现障碍，由于沟通不好出现纠纷也时有发生，偶不是英语专业毕业，只是平时喜欢英文，但是想借磨房发个贴，自己想到的徒步时用到的英语短句，可以帮助到一些准备去尼泊尔徒步的朋友，如果英语高手也可以发贴帮助到大家。

每天发一点点，慢慢地上。　

　(一) 找导游或背夫
We’re after a tour guide for Poon hill trekking , Can you recommend a good tour guide?
(到了酒店问酒店老板)我们要找一个向导去布恩山，你能介绍一个好向导吗？

We want a private tour guide and he can help us to find two portors too!
我们要找一名私人向导，他还能帮我们找两个背夫。

My flight is from Kathmandu to Lukala,arriving　at 1:30pm .Can I find a portor there ?
我从加都直飞鲁卡拉（EBC徒步起点之一），下午1：30到达，我到时能在那找到背夫吗？

Maybe ,but some of them cannot speak english or ask for more money on the half way ,you have to think it over,had better order from travel agency 。
也许吧，但有些（背夫）不能说英语，有的半路加价，你要好好考虑，最好在旅行社雇。

Do you have a tourism qualification? How long you have been doing this job ?
你有导游证吗？你在这行干了多久？

We are going to Poon hill for trekking, plan to finish in 4days, and follow the clockwise /counter-clockwise route.
我们想要去布恩山徒步，计划用4天完成，沿着顺时针（或逆时针）路线。

We just need two portors they can carry our backpack , no need a tour guide.
我们只想要两个背夫，不想要向导。

You can recommend the guest house to us on the way, but we will make a final decision.
你可以推荐沿途的客栈给我们，但由我们来最后决定。

We will pay for you 13dollor pre day, I think the price is very reasonable in this low season,do you think so ?
我们会付你每天13美金，我认为在淡季这个价格是非常合理的，（问背夫或者向导）你们认为呢？.

I’m sure you will do a good job, We would love you to be our tour guide…
我相信你会做得很好，我们很高兴你做我们的向导。（鼓励的话在刚开始徒步前可以增加彼此的信任感）

What equipment do I need for trekking ?
我需要什么登山装备？

Backpack-This main backpack would be carried by the porter. Maximum weight is 25KG for one portor.You'll probably not see the backpack during the day, but it will arrive at your lodge / campsite/guesthouse. A rain cover for the backpack might be useful.
登山包，由背夫背主要的登山包，每名背夫的最大负重是25KG。你们有可能一天都看不你们的背包，但它们会准时到达你们的住处/营地/客栈。雨盖对于登山包也会是有用的。
（注：背夫负重，与有向导的轻装徒步的团队游客不一定同步，但你们可以要求与他们同步。）

Daypack - This is the sack you'll be carrying by yourself. A 20 / 30 litre pack is sufficient. This is to carry your important personal stuff and small equipment for the day, water, food,fleece / waterproof jacket, gloves, hat, raincoat,First Aid kit etc.
背包 – 这个袋子你要自己携带。一个20 / 30公升包就足够了。主要是装你每天要用的重要个人携带的物品，水，食物，羊毛/防水外套，手套，帽子，雨衣，急救箱等等。

Shoes - a good pair of hiking shoes / lightweight boots. Waterproof hiking shoes is preferable as you may be walking through some streams, sometimes it rains and sometimes it snows. Its horrible to walk in soaked shoes in the cold for hours.
鞋子，一双好的徒步鞋子或者重量轻的靴子，建议用防水徒步鞋子，因为你有可以要淌过水流，有时会遇到下雨或者下雪，天冷的时候着着湿透的鞋子走几小时实在是一件很可怕的事。

Flip flops or sandals for walking around your lodge / campsite，it is useful when you are taking a shower.
拖鞋或者凉鞋可供在住处或营地散步用，洗澡时也用得上。

Trousers: Lightweight trousers for lower altitudes, a heavier pair for higher altitudes. Trousers with cargo pockets at the sides and extra pockets are an advantage

Waterproof trousers 防水裤

Sunglasses- UV resistant子太阳镜-抗紫外线的

Gloves - waterproof, thermal (thickness depending on your trek)

Head-torch - LED are longer lasting and more white, and spare batteries. Electricity is erratic in Nepal and you may have to use a torch when you're at the guest house - lighting is not always guaranteed in bedrooms.

头灯 – LED的更持久，更亮，还需要备用电池。在尼泊尔电力供应非常不稳定，当你在客栈理，你可能不得不使用一手电，房间里不能总是保证有照明。

Sunscreen防晒霜 – 最好50指数以上

Water Bottle - mineral water can be bought along the trails。
But in order to cut down plastic waste ,we had better take a 1 litre water bottle .boiled water can be topped up at tea houses.
水壶，沿着山路都可以买到矿泉水，但为了减少塑胶废物我们最好带1升的水瓶：沿路有茶舍可以加白开水。（注：加白开水要付钱）

Basic First Aid kit - plasters, wound dressings, diarrhoea pills，painkillers, crepe bandage (for sprains and strains), Band-Aid。
基本的急救箱 - 膏药，伤口敷料，腹泻药，止痛药，绉绷带（用于扭伤和拉伤），创可贴。

Sewing kit 针线包

Toiletries - wet-wipes，toilet paper
卫浴用品-湿巾，卫生纸

关于专业登山：
1.Climbing kit includes climbing boots, crampons, snow goggles, alpenstocks, ice axes, ice pitons, piton hammers, and rope ladders.
登山工具包括登山靴，冰爪，护目镜，铁头登山杖，冰镐，冰锥，铜锥和绳梯。

2.We have to have some basic things such as wind-preferably a down jacket, climbing boots, alpenstock, piton hammer and mylon climbing rope.

Step 1: Prepare for your hike

First, a hike entails walking. Sometimes strenuously, other times casual. Make sure that walking for longer periods of time works for you. Commence with a treadmill until you feel comfortable with a saucy walk in the park, and then finally, graduate onto the track. Do this repeatedly until you feel your strength is adequate to withstand the duration of your desired hike.
第一步：为徒步旅行做准备

首先，徒步旅行需要行走。有时候很消耗体力，其他时候很随便。要确保你能长时间行走。先从踏车开始，知道你能在公园里随意行走，最后，去小道上行走。要反复练习智能你有足够的体力能达到想要去的目的地。

Step 2: Dress appropriately

Next, forget your exceptional fashion sense and make yourself comfortable for the adventure. Simple jeans and a t-shirt will be sufficient. If the weather is scorching, consider shorts.
第二步：穿衣服要合适

下一步，忘记你的美感，尽量为旅行穿着舒适点。简单的牛仔裤和T恤就足够了。如果天气很热，要考虑短装。

Step 3: Wear appropriate footwear

The most important aspect of your attire is the footwear. Tennis shoes, hiking boots, or even specialized sandals (for the audacious type) can be worn but make sure they are not brand new and that your feet are akin to them – or the results may be unfavorable.
第三步：穿合适的鞋袜

穿衣中最重要的环节是鞋袜。网球鞋，登山鞋，或是特别的凉鞋（对那些大胆冒险者）都可以穿，但是要保证鞋不是新的而且脚穿鞋比较舒适，否则结果不堪设想。

Step 4: Know your route

Next let's consider our two biggest predators we will encounter – the sun, and the ever alarming mosquitoes. Simply applying spf 30 or higher sunscreen and bug repellent will be sufficient to rid yourself of these pests.
