The airport tax refund may only be made after the date of Departure. For assistance, click on the email tab below. This request will then be forwarded to the relevant department for processing. Please note that this process may take up to 60 days and will be credited to the original mode of payment for the booking. In the event there is more than 1 guest in the confirmed booking, the refund will be made to the person who made the purchase. No refunds will be made to third parties.
To ensure a smooth refund process, please provide the following details:
(a) If payment is made by credit card:
1. The Reservation/ Booking Reference Number
(b) If payment is made by Direct Debit or Cash or Travel Agent:
1. The Reservation/ Booking Reference Number
2. Bank Account Number
3. Bank Name
4. Name of Account Holder
