2011法德比荷卢五国自驾乡村游攻略若干之【一】签证篇

在成都，截止到2011年6月，一共有7个国家的领事馆，分别是美，德，法，新（加坡），巴（基斯坦），韩，泰。其中属于申根国家的是德国和法国。尽管有驴友提供过德国个人旅游签证的成功经验和案例，但是相比较而言，法国的申根个人旅游签证要容易很多，很少有人会去尝试德国的申根签。本人四次签法申根全部顺利通过，三天取回护照，手续也很简便。
很多中国人签证都有误区，觉得钱越多，签证越有保障，其实不是这样的，个人存款和资产证明只是你的证明材料中向领馆人员证实，你个人在中国是有相当经济实力的，并以此让其相信你不会轻易放弃这些现金和资产，这只是材料的一个必要条件但不是唯一条件。并且请注意，通常的欧美发达国家签证，都奉行无理由拒签，意思就是，如果你被拒签，那么被拒签的理由可以是签证官今天早上起来之后心情不是很好，也可以是签证官在没有任何证据的情况下怀疑你有可能不遵守所在国的某项法律，也可以是签证官认为今天一直没有拒签任何一个人，到了你应该把你拒掉了，当然，这些可能性比较小，但不是没有。
没有肯定通过的签证材料，只有很可能通不过的签证材料，我没有办法告诉任何人你准备什么样的材料肯定能获得签证，但我可以告诉你什么样的材料可能是会导致被拒的。大的原则是首先提供需要提供的必要材料如各种证照的原件复印件，资产证明，机票酒店预订单行程单等等；并且在这个基础上提供一切可以支持你的出行并且合理的其他证明材料。
-单身女性是容易被拒签的，可能被怀疑为有某种特殊的工作目的；
-空白护照是容易被拒签的，因为在欧美人眼中，一个连周边国家和地区都没有去过的中国人，怎么能突然之间想到要到欧洲或者美国去旅游呢？除非你心里实际上想的是炸掉埃菲尔铁塔，当一把恐怖分子；
-没有英文或者其他外语基础且不跟随旅游团的容易被拒签，连我们自己都很难想象，你出去以后的衣食住行准备靠谁呢？除非你是偷渡客。
-没有正当工作和稳定收入来源的容易被拒签，签证官有无数理由怀疑你提供的资产信息和其他信息是虚假的。或者，你的收入本身就是非法所得。
-小孩子跟随父母举家旅游且不在假期的容易被拒签，你们是想全家移民吗？签证官很可能会这些想。
但以上这些都不是绝对的，当你具有某一项或多项不利签证因素的时候，如果你可以提供其他合理的解释和证明材料，也许你也可能获得签证。以下是我们这次的真实案例，可供大家参考。事由：我的一个好朋友，这次真实的目的是跟随我一起到欧洲去旅游，但是他的太太没有正式工作，属于家庭主妇，他的女儿刚刚上小学，5月并不是学校的假期，最麻烦的是，他们一家三口都是空白护照，从来没有任何出国的签证记录。当时很多人都劝不要送签了，包括旅行社专门代办签证的几个朋友，他们认为肯定签不过，有太多的不利因素了。我想了一下，觉得应该有希望，于是，我给领事馆的签证官写了两封信，分别附在他们和我们的签证材料后面送交进去，信文内容如下：
Dear Officer,

We are backpackers enthusiastic about traveling. Every year, we plan two or three trips with families and friends.

Although we have been to more than 20 countries in America, Australia, Europe and Asia and living and studying in Singapore and UK for more than five years, but in my mind, Europe is still the number one destination. It has a rich culture, marvelous architectures, and a lot of friendly people. In 2008, when I traveled to France for the first time, I was fascinated by the charm of Paris, the grandeur of the Loire Valley, the countryside of Champange, and the magic of the Mont Saint-Michel. This May, I will have my big wedding with my fiancée. We decided to have our sweetest honeymoon in France, to experience its color and brilliance again.

We have invited our friends XX, SH and their lovely daughter to join our trip. They have been my best friends and schoolmates for nearly 20 years, they live a plentiful life in Chengdu and had always wanted to join our trip to Europe. My experiences and the language ability from my years of living and traveling in European can help me be their guide and let them better share the happiness in our honeymoon.

Our first stop will be Paris. We will departure from Shanghai, China and stay for 2 ~ 3 days in Paris, then go to the Loire Valley, visiting the castles there. After that we plan to go to the south of France, visiting the vineyard area, and we go back north, passing Belgium and Netherlands and go to Denmark, whose sceneries we heard is also very beautiful. We plan to stay 3 ~ 4 days there, visiting areas surrounding Copenhagen, and then we will go back to Paris and fly home, continuing our lives in China. We and the XX family we invited respect and will obey the laws in France and other European countries. We sincerely hope that our visa applications could be approved.

We are a couple living in Chengdu. We have been married for eight years with a lovely daughter – MH.

We like to travel to different places, every year we will arrange several such trips, and we always go together. We enjoyed a lot of fun of the family in these trips, and what we experienced during the trip brought a lot of delightful memories, especially to our daughter. We have traveled to dozens of beautiful cities and areas in China, but unfortunately, because we don’t speak English or French, we rarely had chance to go to countries outside China, but we have always been interested in the beautiful sceneries and people in other countries, especially France. There are Eiffel Tower, Arc de Triomphe, Louvre Palace, the Notre Dame, the Fontainebleau, the Champs-Élysées, the vineyards in Bordeaux, the lavender in Provence, which we are all familiar with from books and the Internet.

Our friends LP and YX will be married this May and they kindly invited us to join their trip to France and Denmark, sharing their honeymoon. It’s a precious opportunity for us. Their familiarity with the foreign language and their years of experiences living and traveling in Europe can help us travel better in France. We also want to bring our daughter – Mh – with us, who loves traveling very much, letting her see the beautiful Europe. Although it’s still in the middle of school semester in May, but there is an old saying in Chinese: “It’s better to travel ten thousand miles than to read ten thousand books.” We believe that a wonderful trip abroad will bring her many things she can never learn from books. For a little girl who’s curious about the world, it’s going to be a lesson of the lifetime. Mh’s teachers and the school board also approved her absence and supported her trip, giving her a break of two weeks, hoping she can learn from this trip.

后一封信的内容和第一封的信的提及内容完全是对应匹配的，并且非常合理地解释了为什么‘我们’从来没有出国而这次会选择法国作为旅游目的地，以及为什么要带上自己的小女儿。事实证明，他们和我们一起，顺利地取得了法申根，尽管签证注明他们夫妻二人需要在回到中国后的15之内到法领馆面试消签。
