Preface for English

The article has been finished in August.

After correcting it again and again, and went to teacher for help (and it has no help), and correct it again and again,” It don’t looks like written by a human?!” ”Why do you written this rubbish?!” and a lot of reminding, this is it.

Something has been changed when somebody is traveling, such as: find out the answer to a different problem of life, find out yourself, find out your husband or wife or boyfriend or girlfriend and so on.

Traveling teach you reality a lot.

Thanks for Brain, for being my best friend for five years, and helping me to get over the dark ages, and animal, Allen, Coco, Cocla, Mr. AV, Gao Danuo, Si Songtao and so on, thank you for share happiness and sadness together and pass the dark ages, and you are all the shiniest star of my life. Thank you for share the nice and bad afternoon together.

If my growth is oxygen, the pain in heart is H2O2, you are all MnO2.

Day 1 American dream

Today I had to get up at five a’ clock at the morning.
I took all my things to school and I got there at half past five, grade seven students got there very early, or maybe they just slept at school to prevent get up late?
Our bus arrived at school gate nearly six, and it was raining, that’s romantic, but it is a waste.
Our bus just took us to Shenzhen Bay Custom, and we had to get our backpacks and cases to get though it. Maybe that is for checking us if we bring something that is ille-gal.
When we get though the custom, we arrived at Hong Kong, we had to change an-other bus to Hong Kong International Airport to by plane to U.S.
When our bus is running on the road to Hong Kong International Airport I feel like everything just like yesterday, when I get on this road, it reminded me about my trip to Philippine and Britain.
When we arrived at Hong Kong International Airport, we had to get prepared to check-in. When I got my boarding pass , I was scared, we had to fly to Chicago first , then fly to New York City , and it is United Airline, I haven heard it ! But it is better than North-West Airline.
Our plane was going to take off at one o’ clock, when we just pass the customs, it was all ready half past twelve, and we had get to the gate in another terminal. And I break my custom to drink a cup of venti Starbucks before boarding.
We took an underground to another terminal; the underground is so fast that some of the students in the grade seven scream so loud, cavemen! This is technology!
The underground is similar to the APM in Guangzhou. Are they home-staying guys? They are too young.
Finally we reach the gate, and the plane was there, flight attendant check our boarding pass.
We need to have another security check, all the plane that destination is America that need another security check.

After we board, I found out the plane is Boeing 747-400ER, that’s better to by Airbus, they are not safe enough!
My room mate when I was in Australia told me that our plane can be Boeing 737-300ER, maybe there are not too many differences.

We had to wait on the plane, because our plane is over weight and they had to find four passengers to give up there seat and change to tomorrow’s flight, they will give four hundred U.S. Dollar’s refund or three hundred and a night airport hotel .Luckily we take off at four at the afternoon.
The sunshine is warm and beautiful in Hong Kong International Airport.

D2To be a New Yorker!

P.S. from now on, in the normal way, the time is Eastern Time.

I get up very early today, when we reach the sky on Japan, the cloud is very beau-tiful, I take a lot of photo of the sky, also I take a lot of beautiful photos, it looks very nice.

Ok, 16 hours to me as all kinds of me, maybe it is the longest air trip in my life. I feel sad all the time when I see the sky, maybe because I can’t get her as a company, sigh!

It is the 24th hour with out sleep when I reached Chicago/O’Hare (It just on my boarding pass, I don’t know why) Airport, but I feel like exciting!
USA! I come!
When it is time for me to get though the customs, I feel like nervous although I pass a lot of custom.
The worker (okay just the worker although I don’t like saying worker) of custom ask me some question about my travel to U.S.
After getting though the customs, I reach America!
We rushed to take our case; we had to change another plane to New York City La Guardia Airport, because we were late in Hong Kong, so we had to hurry! Because we are already late!
When we arrived at terminal one, then we take train to terminal six for national flight. Luckily, our plane to New York City is late too.
When I was waiting the plane, I went to buy Popular Machinist, I had heard it when I was in China.
On the plane, I saw the lightning! It is the first time for me to see the lightning this close! And maybe there is a mushroom cloud! Whatever.
When we arrived in New York City La Guardia Airport, it is already nine at the night; the capital is so nice that he drive the plane near the Statue of Library from the air! Thank you, capital!
The travel guide gave us warm welcome in the airport, and then he took us to have dinner in Chinese area, maybe it calls little China? I read it on a travel guide.
Unfortunately, some of the people from Shenzhen come before us, these guys make a pretty big noise at Economy Plus, and there were playing a very popular board game and making many noise.
We wait in front of the restaurant and make jokes on the advertisement of the res-taurant.
Finally, we can go to have our meal, Brain and I wait until all the ladies had get the seat, Brain know my habit, I like to be gentle, so every time , he would like to do this with me, we are best friends.
When we were having our meal, the grade seven students just saying some dis-gusting joke about the food. Damn it! I don’t even feel like eating any thing!
After we finish my meal, we go to our hotel; its name is holiday inn, the same name as the hotel near our school!
Our hotel is not in New York State, is in New Jersey.
I go to sleep at 12; I share the room with Brian. Nice! Cheer!
And he was playing Delta Force when I was sleeping.

D3 the New Yorker’s life

Today we start the life as a New Yorker, although we are just a visitor.

We went downstairs to have breakfast.

After finish our breakfast, we take all our belongings and get onto the bus, the bus took us to urban New York City first.

Half an hour later, we reach New York, on the bus, we run by the World Trade Centre, it is no longer there after 911, and there were a constructing place on grand zero of 911 and there are going to build a fortunate with all the people who die at the accident, the water will pour from to of it like a six meter high waterfall, it means live always alive and never end.

We reached New York port at nearly eight, we got on the ship, and it will take us for a tour near New York port.

The ship set out from NY port in half past eight. It take us to liberty island to see the statue of liberty, it is a pity that we don’t land on the liberty island and we have no time to go onto the statue, maybe it is the first thing that I see in America is not made in China! It is made in France and America!

Then the ship take us to Brooklyn Bridge in New York, it is the both romantic and bloody bridge, it is romantic because it has a scenic view in some of the time, and it is bloody because there are more than ten people die on this bridge including the designer himself .

After the boat tour, we go to an iron bull statue, it is near Wall Street.
When we reached there, we find out the bull it is on the Broadway. Broadway it is the central of American musicals. They have a lot of famous musicals such as The Lion King and Mamma Mia! (The”!” is a part of the name).
The bull is boring, it is just famous because it was built by a famous artist and it had a famous story.
Then we walk to Wall Street, Wall Street connect with Broadway near a church called trinity church.
At the corner there is Wall Street underground station.
Go straight the Wall Street, there is Federal Hall, at the right hand side of the road opposite to the hall, there is New York Stock Exchange on it.
After went to Wall Street, we went to Time Square.
Time Square is a crossing road with a lot of shops, theaters and concerts. We just took some photos there, and then we go to United Nation.
Actually we don’t have plenty of time, so we only take some photos in front of the building.
After that, the bus took us to Washington D.C. It took us four hours from urban New York City to Washington D.C.

D4 visit to capital

We got up at eight to day, then we get on a bus, the bus took us to Jefferson Memorial.
Jefferson is the 3rd president in American history.
History is pretty boring, and I don’t know Thomas Jefferson a lot. After that, we go to Lincoln Memorial.
Abraham Lincoln, is one of the milestone in the road to free African Americans, he his as admirable as Martin Luther King Jr.
Lincoln Memorial is also a very important place in America history, Martin Luther King Jr’s most famous speech “I have a dream” was there.
Because of Lincoln free the African America and he protect the America’s united, so in a way, he is more admirable than Washington in American people’s mind.
Lincoln Memorial is opposite the National World War 2 Memorial and Washington Monument.
There was a pool between Lincoln Memorial and Washington Monument, but when we get there, the pool is under constriction.
After going to Lincoln Memorial, we go to the white house.
White house is boring, we don’t see Obama there. After that we go to National Space and Science Museum.
Space and Science Museum must be the most interesting place that I visit in Washington D.C., we had saw NASA’s first space station, The Sky Lab inside the museum, and I bought an calendar with some Astronomy event and a poster of Apollo Saturn V.
Then we go to National Galley of Art and we only get half of an hour there, most of the paint is just like stranger to me.
Next place is U.S. Capitol, we sit in front of the pool and feed the duck, and we are all tired.
Then is hotel time!

D5 “Welcome to Alburtis!”
Today we are going to our school.
We divided in to three groups.
First group is in Elizabeth Town College, and there level of education equals cavemen’s level.
Second group is us, our school is in Allentown, called St. John’s The Worker, it is both a Catholic school and a Catholic church.
Our teacher sent us into different host family. My host mum is Sue, dad is Nestor, and sister is Inassa.
There is a park near our home called Four Season Park, we live in 250 Franklin road, Alburtis.
This is a very nice apartment which built in 19 century that the air conditioning system had already been very weak.
They had a very beautiful backyard and some times we had our dinner there.

D6 Alburtisan’s life
Today I get up, and sit at the backyard and read a Japanese novel I brought from China.
After finished the lunch, we go to market to buy something, and then we have lunch.
My dad is a big fan of Star War and he is very funny.
Our neighbour’s neighbour is police office, a hundred meters straight away is Al-burtis fire station, right hand side fifty meters away is Alburtis post office, we got post office, police station and fire station, but the nearest hospital is in Allentown, called Le-high Valley Health Network, my dad work at it, my mom is a nurse and she work in a place called Kid Peace and now she is studying for being a nursing professor.
There are some of the railways running across Alburtis, there is a Coke factory next to the railway.
Americans are always funny.
We go to a swimming pool party near here, and we play bean bag!
Parties are a part of American people’s life, a party, there should be iced drink, games, and music!

D7 first day at school

Today is our first day at school, I get up a seven o’clock and then have my break-fast.
Mum took me to school, I arrived at school before nine and our school started at half past nine because our teacher Shelly and Donna had to transport others there.
Our lesson is just some American history and some English practice, to me, it is very easy.
Our class end at twelve o’clock and we have our lunch there, we bring sandwiches there, some of the boys were playing PSP while we were having lunch.
After finish our lunch, we went out for a walk near our school.
We walk to a playground and boys play football there and girls just swing there, our teacher from our school is afraid of height.
Then we get back to school and back home.
This is our boring school days. Know what is in the neighborhood.

D8 School and police station

Today is the second day at school.
The same things in school, we had to take the class.
Today we are going to the Pennsylvania Police Station for a visit.
Pennsylvania state police is next to a small airport.
We enter a kind of room like lobby, and there is a wanted about a murder six mouth ago in Alburtis, it is near the place that we live.
Allen, one of the sporkman of PA Police Station is going to lead us to see what is inside police station.
We go to the meeting room first, we just watch a short video there, then he told us the history of PA police station and he give us some document about PA police station and let us to take it back home with us.
After it, he guide us to his office, on the way, there are crime office and some of the place that other member work.
His office is big, even bigger than our headmaster’s office, and he had a lot of teddy bears for his children.
Then he took us to some other places such as the place that the connected with there member.
We took some photos in front of the police station. Then we go back to school and Sue take me back home.

D9 swimming pool!
Class again, and today we are going to the swimming pool! Like one of the song of Michael Jackson, P.Y.T. (Pretty Young Thing)!
Well, actually I don’t see a lot of attractive girls or hot girls there, and we are just some of the boys and three girls in the swimming pool and none of them are attractive or looks cute. So, less fun in a hot summer swimming pool afternoon.
Actually I was dreaming to have a hot afternoon with a hot girl in a hot day.
I put on a swimming pains and a surfing T-shirt, and I get out of the changing room with Ivan, a tall thin class three boy.
So this afternoon, we just play the water ball and we just talk at the bank of the pool.
In America they had a special rule in swimming pool, in the first fifteen minute of the hour is called “adult time”, all the children had to get out of the pool and until fif-teen minute later.
I don’t meet any attractive girls but disgoodlooking one that feel like disgusting.
After going to the pool, we go back home.
I feel like the water quality of the swimming pool in America is better than Chi-nese one.
