今天中午收到虎航邮件，我的航班是DG7905 2012.01.24澳门飞菲律宾克拉克，DG7904 2012.02.03克拉克飞澳门，虎航取消澳门来回程克拉克的航班，有什么补救办法，哪里投诉？
原文如下：

我也买了虎航澳门-克拉克-澳门的机票，去程1月26号，回程1月31号。但是我没有收到航班取消的邮件。所以是你那一天的航班取消，还是这条航线取消？

你这个情况, 有很多原因, 或者是航空公司确实取消了航班, 也有可能是超售了, 因此取消了你的机票. 个人分析后者因素居多, 因为航空公司是直接取消了你的机票定单, 直接给他们去电话吧.
你只能跟他们电话申请改签机票了, 你这个是FULL REFUND的, 改签是免费的(可以改签目的地或改签日期), 一切要求都可以提出来, 对他们强硬点, 例如"是你们的单方原因导致我无法按计划,签证已办好, 酒店包车等费用都已经付了,无法更改,你们必须给我作出合理解释并无条件安排我的改签, 并赔偿由于改签造成行程延误所带来的损失", 当然如果你不想改签, 机票费用会全额返还, 你还可以提出合理赔偿所带来的损失. 一般赔偿是不会有的了, 毕竟是廉价航空, 风险自担. 但你不妨都提出来, 把事情的后果说的越严重越好. 改签机票一般都没问题的.赶紧打电话吧!

我也订购了虎航2012.1.24澳门飞马尼拉2.5号回的机票，虎航发邮件告知只取消我2.5号回程的机票，然后我马上去电要求改签当天飞回香港的另加收三百元港币，希望你尽快去电顺利改签，有缘菲国见。
你們打哪個電話？我打中國的和馬來西亞的電話，都是怎麼打都沒人接。
我对虎航没信心了，打算给多一倍价钱在cebu预订。
又是虎航，确实是便宜，但是经常无故取消航班！一取消就和之前的行程连接不上！伤不起呀！
也有过给取消航班的经历？
我宿务航空1月29日从克拉克回澳门的也取消了，不过我免费更改了从马尼拉回澳门，省掉转车的麻烦，并且国内航班都帮我免费调整了，还算满意。
时间都对的上就ok。我是年初2就要从澳门飞，没有航班的话我就只好从香港飞了。
我也被取消了~~只能改成hk飞回来了。。。
几号的飞机啊？

本次行程有一家三口包括一个儿童，所以不赶时间，同行一个MM想找人拼房及分摊费用，看看有没有缘分，偶遇也行。

虎航是新加坡的，是不是應該跟新加坡航空管理部門投訴？
如果澳门民航局不作为，考虑跟新加波民航局再投诉。
新航好歹也是世界服务十佳的大航空公司，怎么廉价航空子公司搞成这样？
虎航确实有瞎改航班的恶名。
中午接到澳门民航局一个杜姓小姐电话，+85366682979，说要把相关信息跟虎航确认再做跟进，应该要一段时间来解决。看来国人给取消航班都没有去较真，认为退回款项就不追究虎航，所以虎航有恃无恐任意妄为了。
