In the rare event that you have received a clear error message, you may contact our Support Team at 603 2614 9090 with the details of your attempted booking and card used to make the booking. There may be a number of several reasons why your booking has not been successful. These include:

1. The number of room available is insufficient against the number of room requested. Message - an internal error has occurred. Example: you would like to book 3 rooms at A Hotel but the current availability for the hotel is 2 rooms. The hotel will be made available under the choices of hotel but the booking will not go through and your card will not be charged. Please try to book other hotel.

2. You may simply have entered an invalid card number. The most likely reasons for this are that you may have mistyped the card number or missed some of the digits, or you may have not entered the card number we need. Please try again, checking your typing carefully

3. Your bank has declined to authorise payment for this amount. Please check with the issuing bank for any limitation on amount per transaction, credit limit available etc.

4. Your card may be of the type that requires the cardholder to be present, and is therefore not suitable for telephone/Internet bookings. The card may also require additional security verification (3D card) to be entered before you are able to end the transaction. Please check with your card issuance bank on the requirement to do online transaction.

5. From our observation and record, the main reason that most booking was unsuccessful is due to internet connection error. (Please use MSIE or Mozilla Firefox)

还有，如果当时订房不成功，为什么会有确认电邮给我们，，，我们也能顺得入住酒店？

我自己顶，让多些人知道亚航班的黑暗。。。

其实，我觉得去什么地方都不必要什么订房，直接去要房间还便宜些。我的沙巴之行就发现这个问题。通过亚航198RMB, 其实到那的时候直接要房才77RM(160RM

通过一些订房网站事先预订能订到一些特价房，价格便宜得让你不敢相信。这次有朋友花0.69刀往了原价50刀的房子。
如果是临时订，可能会出现去到前面的价格跟在网上订的价格差不多。但是对于不是经常出去，不是很有经验的人来说，最好还是在网站提前预订吧，你可以先订一晚，安顿下来后再换。不然背着大包临时一间间去找酒店是很辛苦的。

亚航的机票是便宜，但千万不要在他那里订酒店，同样的酒店，在亚航价格高也不含早餐。在携程价格低，还有早餐。
