有关cleartrip机票取消的疑问

计划三月去印度,在cleartrip上面订了印度境的机票（kingfisher Red航空公司的）。昨天收到邮件，说是时间改了。我回复邮件取消机票，要求全额退票。之后一直没有回复。
我上网站查看他们的退票原则：
Cancellation Charges
Adult: only Rs. 750.0 will be deducted
Child: only Rs. 750.0 will be deducted
Infant fares are fully refundable
Rebooking allowed with penalty of Rs 750/- if booked in same class else, difference of fare will also be charged.
No show non-refundable and changes are not permitted
No rebooking charges for infants
Child discounts permitted.
The cancellation charges given above are levied on a per-passenger per-flight basis.
Photo id required at check in
Over and above the airline cancellation charges, Cleartrip will levy Rs. 300 per passenger per flight
这样算下来，每张票要扣750+300RS。
如果是航空公司改时间，也不能全额退款的吗？
看来这种第三方中介网站，着实不太靠谱。
