好象是SEMI-HOUSE，想知道租金多少？如果买要多少票子。
几乎所有去了加拿大的人，男士变得高大伟岸了，女子都秀美净白了。
真不知为啥呢？

应该是的detached house, 虽然house与house隔得较近,但还是分开的. 现在这样的house应该要30多万吧.但是如果自己买一个较小的semi-house, 三房的,20多万,每月按揭等只要$800,一层二层自己住,地下室出租$600,那么每月只支出300元左右,比租房便宜多了,所以说在多伦多生存比在深圳容易多了.

到了加拿大,只要自己看得开,不要象在国内时那么功利,打个parttime的工,好好enjoy这里美丽的自然风光,过过这里慢节奏的生活再加上新鲜的空气,人的面色都会好一点.

I'll go to Toronto in August permanently. I lived in Shenzhen for 8 years (from shenzhen univ.). In Shanghai now.

How's your life there? Let me know if it's convenient for me to call u. Let me know yr phone. I've got some friends in Toronto. Maybe I can introduce each other when I'm there.
