现在泰国还可以落地签吗？

打算买25号的机票去泰国，从香港飞，来不及办签证了，出境肯定没有问题，我有港澳通行证，也有有效的多次往返申根签证，但是不知道现在的泰国落地签证是否有变化，还能签吗？签证费多少钱？除了护照是否还需要准备其它东西？比如美金现金，照片等等？另外签证费多少钱？
