话说当时帮一个只玩过一次的朋友定机票,然后不知道他的全名,他又太忙没发信息给我,只在电话里告诉我,谁知道出现音近字,定好了4飞收到他的护照后发现错了一个字的两个字母,吓死人啦!然后不停在网上搜索大家的经验。找了一个邮箱发过去,一直没回复的。打遍宿务页面的联系电话,马尼拉,宿务,香港都没有人工服务。最后想在宿务页面的那个反馈表里填,可是居然所有浏览器都显示不出验证码,根本发不出去。最后再努力网上搜索,终于又找到一个邮箱再试试,晚上12点发,凌晨2点就把机票全部改好发过来给我了,开心死了!忙了一天终于搞店了!大家记住这个邮箱吧,或许有用:namechange@cebupacificair.com
