十月份看2013年国庆期间俄航上海中转莫斯科去伊斯坦布尔的机票还是5600多RMB， 十一月份最近有放BUDGET，差不多也要4800RMB往返含税。
请问这个价格如何？相比3500RMB的历史低点，有点小割肉啊~ 毕竟还有十个月，不知道还会不会有别的PROMOTION, 小纠结。。。。
