On 01-Mar,before i set off for my package booked on sipadan-on-line,Sipadan scuba sent me the message

We advise to postpone your trip to another days and we can help to change the dates from our end. We

received Instructions by the National Security Council at 5pm today advising not to do the island trips

until further notice. Please be informed, we can only provide a letter to you in order for you to claim

the packages from your Insurance company if you still want to come.
So i changed my itinerary ,and sent them an email to thank them for the message in early march,but got an

auto-reply.
On 18Apr ,i sent them an email again to fix the date to start my package,but only got an auto-reply

again.And after that ,i sent them many emails,eventually,Jerry ansered me------
Dear Liu
Thank you for your mail. Can you please forward me the initial email you received in early March. We'll

then be able to make all necessary amendments for you.

WOW!A surprise!But how difficult it is to get an reply from them!(Compared with the easy and smooth

booking and payment)Then,i sent them everything they requried again and again,and then ,Fenny began to

deal with me,but surprised me again.she sent me----Sorry Zhang,

We did not get any replies from your end since I emailed to you and we are sorry that we can't amend your

booking.
I'll forward the real email and attachment to you again once I get back to my office tomorrow.

Once again,I managed to send them emails including the emails i sent before to prove that i did contact

them ,and again,no reply.Then i used anoth mailbox to send quite a few emails to them,and got----Please

use the email address that you used to make online booking to deal with us.

And then again,i used my previous mailbox to send them emails,and as you have guessed,no reply.And i

tried my emailbox,it works well.
Then i called them for three times ,First time,fenny ansered the phone,i told her everything,and

apparently, she knew who i was,and seemed quite afraid to face me,and just told me to contact them with

the emialbox used to make on line booking.Then i sent email again,of course,no reply.The second time ,a

girl answered my phone,knowing it's about my postphoned package,she became impatient,put down my Booking

ID,Passport number,phone number,and said would call me back,then hang up quickly.
Of course you have guessed it,no phone call ever happened.And today ,I called again,like last time,they

said would call me back,and i waited and now finally realized the phone call would never happen.And i

checked on their web,the date i go this time is still available for my package ,and of course ,they won't

let me get the service which i have paid for and they promised to postpone , and i have to suspect that

they just want to get my money with nothing .And obviously they enjoyed their non-refundable policy and

unearned money very much,that's why you need to pay all the money in advance while other shops only need

30%or less.

其实事情很简单，在3月仙本那恐怖袭击的时候，收到他们的邮件，建议我推迟已定的套餐，他们会给我改期。之后再次定好行程，反复发邮件要求他们履行诺言时，却再三拖延，找借口推脱。打了几次电话，均不给我答复。刚才在tripadvisor点确定前，为谨慎起见，我又再次拨打了他们的电话，一个小姑娘叫我打这个电话：18688426611.我打过去，一个女孩的声音：你好，这里是追浪潜水中心。再次打给sipadan scuba 原电话，通的，但不接我电话（估计也不敢面对我了）。
我靠！我彻底服了。耍人也不带这样的，害我发了n个邮件，打了4个电话。浪费了很多时间。我的booking ID 350629
