注：翻译水平有限，很多鱼类名称不知道如何翻译。标注红色的部分，是我认为比较有吸引力的东西。希望有人能够帖一些如何认生物的帖子。

Descending the drop-off from 10m to 20m you come to overhangs and caverns.Sea urchins, sea stars and crabs.Angelfish, pufferfish, lionfish, scorpionfish, unicornfish Morrish Idols, Orange-striped Clown Triggerfish, Giant Moray Eels, Bumphead Parrotfish（隆头鹦哥）, Green Tutles （绿龟） and Whitetip Reef Sharks（白鳍鲨）

Access to the dive: 5-10m out from the resort.

Turtle cavern *****
Average water temperature :26 C.
Average depth :20 m.
Maximum depth :21 m.
Getting there :From the shore

Facts about dive:
An advanced dive.
The main entrance is a large cavern on sand at 18m, this cavern descends to 21m. At the back of it you swim up through a tunnel into a smaller cavern. The various interconnection caverns rise to less than 4m from the surface and at the furtheast point are 70m inland from the main entrance.

Access to the dive: Swim out from the jetty beach, over the drop-off turn right and continue along the wall until you reach the cavern entrance on a sandy patch at 18m.

龟洞是Sipadan的著名潜点，但是只有持有洞潜合格证的人员才能进入。得名龟洞是因为里面有非常多的海龟遗骸，这些海龟据说都是因为错误进入洞中迷路而死在里面的。如果在这里夜潜的话一定要小心在18m左右的地方不要错入洞口。

Facts about dive:
In the shallow water there are coral rubble and sand sloping out and down.
Garden Eels, Whitetip Reef Sharks, butterflyfish, stingrays, moray eels, cuttlefish, scorpionfish, stonefish, crocodilefish鳄鱼鱼 and large Green Turtles.
Many Barracudas梭鱼.

Facts about dive:
Stony corals, soft corals, boulder corals, leathery corals and sponges. Staghorn corals.Tiny Anthias, Fire Gobies, Chromis sergean majors, angelfish, butterflyfish, Six-band angelfish, jacks, Rainbow Runners, goatfish, snappers, Picasso, Orange-striped, Clown Triggerfish, Morris Idols, Coral Trout, soldierfish, Golden Rabbitfish, Giant Wrasse and Green Turtles.

Whitetip avenue and Mid reef
Average water temperature :26 C.
Average depth :16 m.
Maximum depth :600 m.
Getting there :By boat

Facts about dive:
The reef crest is covered in stony and soft corals with oysters and Giant Clams and turtles.
In deeper Black corals, gorgonian sea fans and large barrel sponges.
Whitetip Reef Sharks, Grey Reef Sharks, and Longnose Hawkfish.

Access to the dive: 10min by boat.
Experience grade: Everyone

South Point

Facts about dive:
Can be a bit rough.
Coral heads on coral rubble and sand.
Huge Barracuda, Manta Rays, Eagle Rays, Whitetip Reef Sharks, Leopard Sharks, Rainbow Runners, jacks, scorpionfish, stonefish, crocodilefish, moray eels, pufferfish, Green Turtles, Hawksbill Turtles.

Access to the dive: By boat 10min.
Experience grade: Experienced

会有一点难度的潜水，可以看到梭鱼群，鲨鱼，海龟还有rays。有经验的潜水员适合。

Facts about dive:
Over the drop-off and down the wall, which has lots of overhangs, with Tubastrea and Dendrophyllia corals, gorgonian sea fans, black corals, sponges and barrel sponges.
Longnose Hawkfish, lionfish, scorpionfish, stonefish, pufferfish, batfish, rabbitfish, barracuda, moray eels, jacks, sweetlips, snappers, fusiliers, Rainbown Runners and clownfish.

Access to the dive: 5min by boat.

Mabul

Crocodile Avenue
Flat sandy area from 5m to 20m. Remains of some palmtrees. Some divers hate this dive site, I love it. It is a sandy area, so there are empty stretches of sand with oases of life. Our diveguide found some seahorses there every time. The absolute record were 8 seahorses found by Ben. Then there are sand eels, double-ended pipefish, crocodilefish, special tube anemones, ghostpipefish (Harlekin- and Seagrass-), cowfish etc. I even saw some turtles, humpback parrotfish, barracudas, mackerels and a small eagle ray there. Night dives are also very good here. We found lots of sepias, cuttlefish and special nudibranchs (for example the Spanish Dancer, Asteronotus c.) and lots of crabs. One of the highlights was a small boxer crab, that Alex found on some rubble.
一个从5m-20m的沙地平台，有一些棕榈树的残骸，有些人不太喜欢这里，不过我比较喜欢。因为是沙地，所以不会有那种需要附着才能生长的生物。我们的潜导发现了一些海马，总的来说有8只。还有 sand eels, double-ended pipefish, crocodilefish, special tube anemones, ghostpipefish (Harlekin- and Seagrass-), cowfish等等，也可以看到隆头鹦哥，梭鱼绿海龟和eagle ray等等。这里也是夜潜的好地方，我们找到了很多乌贼，章鱼和一些特别的nudi（西班牙舞娘）和很多螃蟹。特别是一种很小的boxer crab。

Seaventure Platform

Flat sandy area on about 17m. Some coral blocks, pillars of concrete, piles of metal rods. This is a old oil platform that has been converted into a hotel owned by Seaventures Dive Resort. It stands on huge pillars. You dive underneath in 17m of water (Deco after more than 60min dive!). An amazing dive site! There are several piles of metal rods, look close, and there are always several frogfish (yellow to red, black and gray) sitting on them. Inside the largest pile there is a huge moray eel. His head must have a diameter of about 15cm! I couldn't make out the tail, but it must be several meter long. Then we also found: ghostpipefish (Harlekin and seagrass), waspfish, nudibranchs (Halgerda, Cromodoris etc.), stonefish, flying gunard and close to the pillars always lots of batfish and flutefish.

Lobster Wall
Wall, some small caverns. Lot's of hydroids. The place is not that nice to look at, but it is again a place for many nudibranchs, anemones, shrimps and in a small cave I even found a babycowfish. Great nightdives.
峭壁潜点，有一些小洞，很多很多 hydroids。这个不是一个很好看的潜点，不过有很多nudi，海葵，虾，在一个小洞里，我甚至发现了一个 babycowfish。夜潜很棒！

Kapalai

Mandarin Valley
Slope to about 20m. Hard corals, then sand. Small underwater mound. This dive site has its name from a dragonet that can be found there and that has a beautiful color like the clothes of the Chinese mandarins. It lives during the day under the spines of sea urchins. Also very interesting were the that I found there. Go out to the small underwater mound - there were several leaffish there last time. Leaffish can shed their skin and in such a way adjust to the surrounding reef. I saw one, where some yellow ascidians were growing on his skin right over the eye. There is also a mushroom coral (Heliofungia a.) on the sand with some white anemone pipefish (Siokunichthys n.) living inside.
一个到20m左右的斜坡，硬珊瑚和沙。这个潜点得名于一种有着美丽花纹的鱼：mandarin fish。平时白天他们都隐藏起来，找到他们也很有趣。这里也有一些leaffish，leaffish可以根据周围环境改变自己的颜色。

Ray Channel
This is a sandy channel with the reef on one side. The special fish, you find here and nowhere else in Mabul is the dragonfish (Pegasus). This small animal lives in pairs on sand and feeds on invertebrates. Actually, I have spent half an hour at just one coral block here. There are some leaffish here, a spiny devilfish lives close by, and there is a small baby-anglerfish here. I observed, how it changed from gray to red in only 4 days.
