2012香港国际龙舟邀请赛领队会议需要人参加

接到香港国际龙舟邀请赛领队会议通知，时间为7月1日下午4点—6点，地点在铜锣湾奥运大楼。
因老夫子当日已另有安排不能参加。
为达到良好的沟通目的，现在需要一位粤语熟练和英语较为熟练的人和我一起代表野人国际龙舟队参加此会议。

参加会议的香港境内交通费约80元自理，我个人请吃晚餐

At the meantime, please furnish us your accommodation and flight details for our necessary action.

May we remind you that if any of you still did not submit your entry information and/or photo, there will be a levy of HK$400 imposed on each entry. Please disregard this if you have already submitted the information.
