要450美圆 呢!From its five-point safety harness system to its generous rear storage capacity and patented hitch design, it's no wonder the Burley d'Lite is the nation's top-selling bicycle trailer. The Burley d'Lite holds one or two children plus cargo. A low center of gravity coupled with dished wheels combine to provide maximum safety and stability. The contoured side frame offers plenty of interior room while the snug-fitting side panels keep probing fingers safely inside.

Marathon runner makes strides / She hasn't been competing long, but Hirst is a natural
By ROBERTA MACINNIS
Staff
Diana Hirst, like many other runners, was a bit disappointed when she crossed the finish line of last month's Chevron Houston Marathon.
She felt strong going into the race, but the temperature was less than ideal, and she wasn't able to hold her target pace.
What Hirst, 31, didn't realize was that she had placed at the top of her age group, finishing 15th among females and 97th overall. More significantly, she was the first female finisher from the Houston area, so her 2:59:39 earned her $500 - a far cry from the $15,000 awarded first-place woman Firaya Sultanova-Zhdanova.
Still, it wasn't a bad day for someone who started running less than three years ago only because it was cheaper and more convenient than the gym.
"I can remember passing by Memorial Park at that time, and I looked, and I said, `Oh my goodness, I can't believe those people are actually running - it just seems like a really boring thing to do,' " Hirst said.
She had participated in gymnastics in school and kept fit by working out with weights and exercise equipment.
But after she gave birth to her fourth child, the family found itself short on time and money.
"When I couldn't renew my (gym) membership, I thought, `Well, I'll try it out.' "
That was 2003. These days Hirst is a regular at Memorial Park, rising to be there at 4:45 a.m. several times a week. Her children - now 7, 6, 5 and 3 - fill the rest of her day.
Hirst initially ran with a friend she met at her gym.
"When I started running I couldn't keep up with her," she recalled, "and then I could keep up with her, and then she couldn't keep up with me."
But she still didn't consider herself fast. She entered a 5K relay that September, then jumped to the Houston Marathon in 2004.
"When I finished in 3:07, I figured, `I guess I can run,' " Hirst said. She finished the 2005 race in 3 hours flat, training for it on a treadmill - in 30 days.
"I think it is amazing that Diana has accomplished and improved so much in such a short amount of time," said Jerry Smith, a friend and training partner.
Not that Hirst spends her weekends picking up hardware at local events. She rarely races. Hirst has run one 10K and a few 5Ks in addition to her three marathons.
"They get me too worked up," Hirst said about the shorter distances. "I'm a little intimidated to do those races because they're more painful. I'm not an experienced racer."
While cross training's still key to Hirst, and she can again afford to go to a gym, she's spending more time running.
"This was my first year to really train per se, in terms of track workouts," said Hirst, who remembers asking, "What is a 200?" on her first day of speed work.
Which is one reason Hirst was disappointed with her finish this year: She thought she had trained well enough for a 2:55.
"But I don't want to sound ungrateful. When I realized that everyone else dropped five to 10 minutes (from their typical times), it was definitely more comforting.
"It helped just to hear people say, `You did all you can do, you did your best, and you can be happy with that.' "
And she is. Still ...
" I would love to be able to run faster; I'm definitely hoping to do better. I guess for me, the Houston Marathon is the only race that excites me," Hirst said.
